How does it work?
You're ready to get organized - now what? Here's where we discuss the organizing process.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask us - we are always glad to help! Our goal is to simplify your life. We’ll help you create functional, organized systems in your home, so you don’t have to feel stressed out spending time looking for things.
Tell us about yourself
Fill out the New Client form for organizing your home, or New Business Client for organizing your business (it is recommended, but not required). This will give us a more detailed understanding of your situation ahead of our conversation - we want to give you the most efficient, customized service we can. Photos or videos of your space can be added here, or by text / email - it's completely up to you!
At this time, you'll decide if you'd like to have a consultation or just skip it entirely. Many clients just want to dive right in and get started organizing - and that's okay!
Booking & payment
Choose between our Half Day or Full Day sessions, then let us know your availability so we can pencil you in - we also offer online booking as a convenient option so you can view our availability and book with us online - anytime!
Payment is required in full upon the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept E-Transfer, Cash, Debit, Credit Card and PayPal.

Should you choose a Virtual or Phone Consultation, we’ll spend 15-30 minutes discussing your organizational challenges and goals, and photos or videos of the space(s) can be sent for a better visual to plan ahead.
If you'd rather have an In-Home/On-Site Consultation, we’ll spend 60 minutes doing a walk-through of the space(s) together. This will help to thoroughly examine your situation, set expectations for how long it will take and set goals for the finished product. If we're a good fit and decide to move forward with your project, the fee will be discounted from your first invoice.
Hands-on organizing
We will declutter by grouping like-items together, identifying what needs to be donated, tossed or kept, and then we will organize what is staying. We will recommend organizing products to complete your project, and remove any donation items you have (so you won't have to worry about it!).
Systems will be set up to suit your space and lifestyle - every situation is unique, so there is no cookie-cutter solution. If you find that you'd like to tweak a thing or two, let us know so we can give you the best service possible!
Subscriptions
Protect your investment by having us return on our home upkeep subscription, the Freshen-Up. Whether you choose weekly, monthly, quarterly (or other), we will tidy-up, fold, hang, label, declutter, organize, decant, and take any donations for you! Get in touch to find out more.
